I always love trying new places to eat especially if I know it's going to be delicious food.  It doesn't have to be anything too fancy and hipster, sometimes its the hole in the wall places that are the best.  This past weekend we made a visit to a newly opened place in Santa Ana called The Little Sparrow.  The Little Sparrow are also partnered with Hopper & Burr that does the coffee making for them with their own pop-up corner.  If you know Maddi and I well you know that we're always up for coffee!  We also had a delicious eggs benedict that had prosciutto, arugula, hollandaise sauce and an amazing poached egg on top.  And before having our meal we had some beignets (not pictured. But I recommend trying them!) with our coffee.
